Repairs first
Damp, old kitchens and bathrooms or an EPC upgrade put buyers off, or get knocked off the price. We buy it as it is, because our own builders do the work.
Chains
Your sale can depend on your buyer selling theirs, and their buyer selling theirs. We're a direct buyer with no chain.
