What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, the property address if you give one, and your message. We do not collect anything else about you through this website, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange viewings, make an offer, or progress a tenancy. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to you, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We will not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is handled by staff in the Zata Property Group companies that need it to deal with your request. It may be passed to a solicitor, surveyor or referencing provider where that is needed to complete a sale or tenancy. Our website is hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf and may process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not go any further for up to 12 months, then delete them. If you sell to us or rent from us, we keep records for as long as the law requires for that transaction or tenancy.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@zatagroup.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
