Common questions
Do I buy the property in my own name?
Yes. You buy the property directly, in your own name or your company's. We find it, check it and help it through to completion.
How much is the sourcing fee?
It depends on the deal and the work involved. We tell you the fee and put it in writing before you commit to anything.
Can you refurbish it for me?
Yes. Northbound Projects, our construction company, can quote and carry out the work. The refurb figure in your deal pack comes from them.
Do I need experience?
No. We work with first-time investors and landlords with large portfolios. We'll explain every step.
Do you work with investors outside Scotland?
Yes. We can view, report and manage the refurbishment for you, so you don't need to be here.
